Event information

Despite massive investments in technology, around 70% of digital transformation initiatives fail to meet their objectives—a statistic underscored by research from McKinsey and BCG. The reason? It’s rarely about the technology itself, and more about people, culture, leadership and change management.

Join us as we host a panel of transformation experts from Continuate and BlackLine, who bring decades of experience in delivering real change across finance functions. This session will explore how to create a culture of automation that not only improves efficiency but also drives meaningful adoption, engagement, and employee well being.

This webinar is tailored for senior finance professionals seeking practical strategies to embed automation into daily operations and unlock the full potential of their teams.

Key benefits

  • Find out how to build a finance culture that embraces change and sustains adoption.
  • See where automation delivers the greatest value—both to the business and your teams.
  • Learn real-world lessons from transformation programs: successes, challenges, and insights.
  • Recognise the critical role of leadership, communication, and process in lasting impact.
