In the last webinar of the series, John will explore the features that often go unnoticed. You’ll learn more about protecting your sheets, working with multiple windows, using Function Buttons, the new Sheet view and getting started with Form Controls from the Developer tab.

About the speaker

John Tennent, Co-Founder, Corporate Edge John provides a wide range of portfolio business courses, though specialises in strategic financial planning, business modelling and investment appraisal. His background is in finance, starting his career as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche in 1983. He went on to become the Financial Controller of a US bank before joining a training consultancy as Client Director. He co-founded Corporate Edge in 1996. He is the author of the Economist Guide to Business Modelling, the Economist Guide to Financial Management and the Economist Guide to Cash Management. He is a member of the ICAEW Excel Community Advisory Group.

CPD hours

ICAEW's revised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Regulations bring in new CPD requirements. This includes a minimum number of hours and an ethics requirement. Attending this webinar could contribute up to 30 minutes of verifiable CPD, providing you can demonstrate that the content is relevant to your role.

A copy of the webinar booking confirmation email is accepted as evidence of verifiable CPD. You will need to save the email as a JPEG or PDF before uploading it to your record. Click here to use ICAEW’s self-assessment tool to help you work out how much CPD you will need to fulfil each year.
