About the speakers

Justin Januszewski | Chief Financial Officer | Inflo

Justin Januszewski is the Chief Financial Officer at Inflo, a leading audit software company.

Before joining Inflo, Justin trained as a chartered accountant at PwC, gaining experience in financial audit and risk assurance over seven years. Following this, Justin spent five years in technology and financial risk management within financial services.

Justin joined Inflo in 2028 to help revolutionize the audit and accounting profession with next generation software and make auditing more attractive to today’s accountants and future generations.

Tom Mather | Group Finance Director | LNT Care Developments Holdings

Tom is an ICAEW (ACA) Chartered Accountant qualifying in 2017 with Ernst & Young LLP, winning the regional Student Accountant of the year award in 2015.

Following a time as a Manager in KPMG LLP’s audit practice, Tom moved into industry working in challenging business environments mainly in the construction and manufacturing sectors. These centred predominantly around business turnaround and restructuring, notably when he was interim Group Financial Controller at British Steel during the 2020 takeover. Tom joined LNT at the start of 2021 and in February 2022, aged 28, Tom was appointed as the Group Finance Director. In October 2024 Tom was recognised with an award at the Northern Finance Director Awards.

Harvey Mudd | Financial Controller | Connexin

Harvey is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in audit before making the move into industry. He began his career at EY, where he spent 6.5 years, qualifying as an ACA and rising to Audit Manager before spending time at Smailes Goldie and RSM. Now he is the Financial Controller at Connexin, a fast-growing technology company, where he now focuses on financial reporting and strategic financial management. His career journey offers valuable insights into both practice and industry, and the evolving role of finance professionals in dynamic environments.

Emma Stuart | Audit Manager | Hawsons

Emma trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Hawsons, joining at the beginning of 2020 after graduating from The University of Sheffield in 2019. She became an ACA-qualified audit senior in 2023 and was promoted to an audit manager in 2025. During her time at Hawsons, she has gained a range of experience providing audit, accountancy, and tax services. Alongside her work, Emma was on the S&DCASS committee for 4 years, including being chair for one of them, and is now part of the ICAEW Sheffield board. Outside of work, Emma can be found in the peaks, at the gym or spending time with family and friends.
