Arun Mehra FCA | CEO | Samera

Arun Mehra FCA leads and runs Samera, an accounting firm he started in 2002. Originally serving dentists, Samera now provides services to clients across the healthcare space, plus it also operates a commercial finance business and a buying group for their clients, helping clients save money on regularly purchased items. Samera has a growing team in the UK and India.

Rishi Sapra

Rishi is a Chartered Accountant and Microsoft MVP (technology influencer/speaker) with an Executive MBA (Hons) and a first class degree from the London School of Economics.

He currently leads Data & AI strategic projects at Avanade (Accenture-Microsoft JV), focusing on Microsoft Fabric solutions, governance frameworks, and enterprise migrations.

With 20+ years experience at Big 4 firms, Technology consulting and leading financial institutions (Deloitte, KPMG, HSBC, Barclays, Accenture), he combines deep financial expertise with cutting-edge data and AI capabilities to drive business transformation.

Rob Young (ACA MChem) | Managing Director | LYA

Rob Young is an accomplished chartered accountant, auditor, and business leader, currently serving as Managing Director of Love Your Accountants (LYA) and Finance Director at Icebreaker One (IB1).

Rob joined LYA in September 2020 having qualified as a chartered accountant with the ICAEW and gained experience at PwC and Menzies LLP. In May 2023, he was appointed Managing Director of LYA and under his guidance LYA has embraced automation, cloud systems and operational efficiency gains - he is credited with removing hundreds of hours of manual admin per year.

Simultaneously, Rob serves as a director at Icebreaker One Ltd, a data and systems-oriented organisation tackling climate, resilience and infrastructure challenges.

Outside his core roles, he has held voluntary and community positions — such as school governor, charity secretary, and investment-club vice treasurer.

As confirmed through client reviews, Rob is known for strong energy, clear values and a client-centred approach.
