WHY TAKE THIS COURSE?
Leaders today face constant disruption, uncertainty, and pressure to deliver results in challenging conditions. Success is no longer about having all the answers, but about staying adaptable and resilient – and helping teams do the same.

This course focuses on building resilience from the inside out, starting with you as a leader and then extending to how you strengthen resilience across your team. It blends leadership insight with practical tools to help you adapt, motivate, and lead with confidence. Through peer learning and applied techniques, you will explore leadership styles, practise resilience strategies, and reflect on real-world challenges. You’ll leave with a clear action plan and proven methods to sustain your leadership impact in tough times.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Identify what true leadership looks like and adapt your style with authenticity
• Strengthen your own resilience – recognising what drives or drains it
• Sustain your leadership impact through challenging times
• Protect and promote resilience in your team
• Lead confidently in the face of change
