Event information

This webinar marks the next phase in the development of the International Non-Profit Accounting Standard (INPAS). Now that the standard has been formally launched, this session will provide charity finance professionals and volunteers with a detailed overview of its structure, objectives, and practical implications for the sector.

Delivered by leaders from the new International Non Profit Reporting Foundation, CEO Ian Carruthers and INPAS Adoption Director Samantha Musoke, the presentation will:

  • Outline the key features and principles underpinning INPAS;
  • Discuss the relevance of INPAS for UK-based accountants working with charities and other not-for-profit entities; and
  • Highlight forthcoming guidance and implementation considerations.

INPAS represents the culmination of a global collaboration involving over 3,500 organisations and 15,000 individuals across 169 countries. It establishes, for the first time, a unified accounting framework designed specifically for non-profit entities.

This webinar offers an opportunity to hear directly from those directly involved about the background, intent, and expected impact of INPAS on international and UK non-profit financial reporting.

Key benefits

  • Understand the key principles underpinning INPAS.
  • Find out more about the INPAS implementation globally.
  • Potential impact on the future of the UK PBE SORPs.
