Event information

2025 has been the year of ‘agentic AI’, but what does this mean for those working with data? Is it still all hype, or are we in a position where the technology is mature enough to do some serious analytical heavy lifting?

On this webinar two experts in data will share how they are delivering tangible, real-world, data-led solutions using agentic AI capabilities. As well as establishing what we mean by AI agents, we’ll explore examples of agents working with data effectively to deliver practical solutions to genuine data transformation problems faced by accountants and finance professionals.

The webinar, open to anyone with an interest in agentic AI, will introduce Microsoft’s agentic AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio, and the brand new ‘Agent Mode’ in Excel, looking at how to utilise agents to deliver complex data analysis, as well as how to build your own agent to support you in common finance tasks.

Key benefits

  1. Understand definitions of agentic AI and frameworks for how to develop AI agents.
  2. Learn about Microsoft’s agentic AI capabilities including Copilot Studio and ‘Agent Mode’ in Excel.
  3. Explore genuine AI agent use-cases for finance professionals, including working with expenses and cash reconciliations.
  4. Ask experts questions about agentic AI and its practical application in accountancy.
