About the speakers

Ross Baker, Partner, Beale & Company Solicitors
Ross is a partner in the Financial & Specialty Risks team at Beale & Co in London and specialises in professional indemnity and directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance including claims against accountants, D&Os and financial professionals. Ross is a member of the UK Anti-Corruption Forum, the Forum of Insurance Lawyers and is a board member of Global Insurance Law Connect (GILC), an international network of specialist insurance law firms.
Joe Eizenberg, Partner, Beale & Company Solicitors
Joe is a partner in Beale & Co’s Bristol office. The firm specialises in professional negligence claims, where Joe has acted for professionals and their indemnity insurers for over 20 years, defending a wide range of claims directed against accountants, auditors and lawyers. He regularly defends actions where a professional is acting as a trustee.
Ed Partridge, Head of Affinity, Marsh
