Ashwin Sethi, BSc(Hons), FCCA, MBA, ACA and Tasneem Kadiri, Tax Director UK&I, L’Oreal will be chairing these sessions.

This insight group is structured as a confidential, roundtable, and we strongly encourage active participation. All discussions are held under the Chatham House Rule to ensure a trusted environment for open, peer-to-peer sharing.

Ashwin Sethi, BSc(Hons), FCCA, MBA, ACA

Ashwin Sethi is Head of Professional Services Media and Communications, within BT Business responsible for a team that supports clients in that vertical. He has a breath of experience which includes leading UK & global sales, and operational teams across commercial, channels, marketing, product management, audit & assurance, finance and supporting M&A integration. Other roles include working for Vodafone, PwC and a Visiting Lecturer for Bayes Business School.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has an MBA from Bayes Business School.

Tasneem Kadiri | Tax Director UK&I | L’Oreal

Tasneem Kadiri is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser and is responsible for managing all of the UK and Ireland tax affairs for L’Oréal.

Tasneem is Chair of the Women In Tax Network, is on the ICAEW Large Business and International Tax Committee, the Equality Diversity and Inclusion Committee for CIOT and is Chair of the Neurodiversity and Disability Network at L’Oréal. In addition, Tasneem is the winner of the 2020 Tolley’s Taxation Award for ‘Best in-house tax lead’ and for her contribution to the wider tax community. Tasneem made the Top 50 Tax Figures for 2023 by ITR (International Tax Review) and Women in Tax won the Tolley’s Taxation Award in 2022 for best non-profit organisation.
