About the speakers

	Emma Price Brave Within Emma is a former Big 4 Partner and NED with 25+ years’ experience in strategic risk, ERM, resilience, governance and assurance. She has advised boards and executive teams globally and led major enterprise‑risk practices at Deloitte and EY. Emma brings a pragmatic, commercially focused approach that helps organisations strengthen governance, enhance decision‑making and respond effectively to disruption.
	Carolyn Clarke, Subject Matter Expert - Internal Audit Advisory Group board member A former Partner with PwC, Carolyn Clarke combines almost 20 years of experience as an auditor and advisor to a wide range of organisations, with in-house experience as a FTSE 30 Head of Audit, Risk and Control and member of the Senior Leadership Team. Carolyn believes all organisations are strongest with a clear purpose, that purpose needs to be delivered on for the benefit of all stakeholders. This requires clarity, transparency, trust and confidence.
	Amarjeet Sabarwal, Group Audits, Bentley Motors Amarjeet is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, ICAEW) and CISA with over 14 years’ experience in Internal Audit and Finance. He is Corporate Audit Manager at Bentley Motors Limited, supporting audit strategy, risk assessments and Board reporting. A former Interim Head of Financial Accounting, he brings global audit experience, strong leadership, and expertise in COSO, COBIT and SAP.
	Donna Littlechild, Co-founder - Littlechild & Haley Donna is a Chartered Internal Auditor with over 20 years’ experience in audit, risk, governance, and business continuity. She holds senior professional accreditation and teaches on the Internal Audit Master’s course at City, University of London. Donna is known for her practical leadership and commitment to building resilient, well-governed organisations.
