Event information

Discover what the Employment Rights Bill 2026 means for workplace inclusion. This session explores the reforms that directly affect the experiences, safety and progression of underrepresented groups at work.

We’ll break down the key D&I related changes — from strengthened gender pay gap requirements and menopause action planning to enhanced protections around harassment, whistleblowing, and workplace safety.

The session will also cover updates on paternity leave, unpaid parental leave, sick pay improvements, and the new Adult Social Care Negotiating Body, offering clarity on how these changes support fairer, more equitable working environments.

Packed with practical guidance, this webinar will help you understand how to embed these reforms into your culture, policies, and everyday practice to ensure your organisation is not only compliant but truly inclusive.

Key benefits

  • Understand the D&I impact of the Employment Rights Bill.
  • Strengthen organisational retention, wellbeing, and trust.
  • Key updates on how the Bill shapes gender equality, menopause support, and workplace safety.
