Event information

This webinar is brought to you in partnership with Diligent.

Most conversations about AI and risk focus on how new technologies are amplifying exposure – from deepfake-powered phishing and IP leakage to supply chain disruption, talent challenges and market share erosion. This webinar flips that narrative. Our speakers, board leaders, risk and compliance executives, and AI practitioners, will explore how Diligent is using AI to identify, benchmark and actively manage risk across the enterprise – giving boards a clearer, faster view of where they’re exposed and how to respond.

Through an interactive discussion, we will learn more about the current state of AI in risk oversight for boards and governance professionals, unpack what good looks like when it comes to AI-enabled risk oversight: how AI can help businesses set up risk management programmes in days instead of months, how it is transforming vendor onboarding and offboarding through technology, and how continuous third-party monitoring can keep pace with today’s heightened supply chain scrutiny. We’ll also debate the practical realities – from data quality and governance to culture and accountability – that determine whether AI becomes a trusted ally or an additional source of noise for the board.

Key takeaways

  • How AI is reshaping the enterprise risk landscape at every level – and what boards need to know to move from passive reporting to proactive oversight.
  • Concrete ways AI can accelerate risk program maturity, helping organisations move from spreadsheets to connected risk software in days, not months.
  • How AI-powered risk identification and benchmarking can reveal blind spots and peer comparisons instantly, informing board-level strategy and risk appetite.
  • Why AI-enabled vendor onboarding/offboarding and continuous third-party monitoring with technology is becoming essential to managing supply chain and extended enterprise risk at scale.
