Event information

This webinar is brought to you in partnership with Workday.

In an era defined by global economic volatility, new business models and the rise of AI, the traditional silos between finance and planning are no longer just a hurdle — they are a liability. To maintain resilience in today’s unpredictable market, organisations must shift toward a unified, "intelligence-first" model where finance and planning operate as a single cohesive unit.

Join us as we explore how tighter integration between these teams, supercharged by AI enables faster decision-making, sharper forecasting, and greater agility in the face of disruption. Our industry experts will share exclusive "boots-on-the-ground" stories of their own digital transformations, better collaboration between and Finance and Planning team, offering a blueprint of best practices for navigating the current economic climate.

Key benefits

  • Hear insights and practical methods for breaking down internal barriers to improve operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
  • Explore the combined power of real-time financial data and forward-looking planning models to make more informed and timely strategic choices.
  • Develop a more proactive approach to business strategy by anticipating and shaping future outcomes rather than simply reacting to market shifts.
