Mr Zen Pin LIOW is a senior leader at IBM Consulting with over 25 years of experience in business and finance transformation, with a focus on the application of artificial intelligence. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients across Asia Pacific and EMEA, supporting the modernisation of finance functions through AI and intelligent automation.

Mr LIOW currently leads Global Finance Transformation engagements, working with organisations to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making within finance. He previously led the Greater China Global Process Services business and the APAC Intelligent Business Operations practice.

Leo Lau, Head of Strategy & Transformation, Head of Business Applications, IBM Consulting Hong Kong
Mr Leo LAU is Head of Strategy & Transformation and Head of Business Applications at IBM Consulting Hong Kong. He leads work across enterprise strategy, AI‑enabled digital transformation and finance solutions, including implementations involving SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and Workday.
Prior to joining IBM Consulting, Mr LAU held leadership roles at Bain and McKinsey, where his work focused on corporate strategy and operating model transformation.
