Milan: IAIA dinner and AGM & EGM

Event information

Your member group in Italy, IAIA, invites you to their member dinner and Annual General Meeting (AGM) / Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). 

Starting with an aperitivo from 6.30pm, the AGM, EGM and dinner take place at the Peperino e Milano on the Viale Francesco Crispi in Milan.

Dinner

- Welcome drink on arrival

- Shared fried antipasto

- Pizza (chosen from the menu)

- Dessert (choice of lemon sorbet and malelingue with Nutella)

- Water, one other drink and coffee

This event is only open to members of the Association. The cost of the dinner will be offered by the Association to its members.

AGM agenda

1. Report by the President on the status of our Association

2. Presentation by the Treasurer of the Association's 2025 Financial Statements, followed by discussion and approval

3. Any other business

EGM agenda

1. Revisions to the Association's by-laws, including address of registered office

2. Any other business
