Event information

This webinar is brought to you in partnership with Forvis Mazars.

Business owners have seen significant Inheritance Tax changes come into force in April 2026, with a 20% tax charge applying on values more than £2.5million. This not only creates a significant impact on the value that can be left to family. It creates the challenge of how the tax charge could be funded as part of business succession plans. Join the experts from Forvis Mazars to understand what the impacts could be and practical insight on how to manage the tax, including:

  • Use of trusts.
  • Financing the tax.
  • Insuring for the liability.
  • Moving abroad.

Key benefits

  • Gain practical insights on how business owners could be managing Inheritance Tax charges due.
  • See how trusts, financing and insurance can be used to manage future tax liabilities.
  • Learn strategies to help preserve family wealth and ensure a smoother transfer of business assets to the next generation.

When you book your place you will be eligible for a free, no obligation financial planning consultation with Forvis Mazars Financial Planning.
