About the speakers

	Megan Pengelly, Service Development Manager, caba Megan works at caba, the charity supporting the ICAEW community. She oversees the enquiries team, and all work on careers, mental health, legal and neurodivergent support. She has a decade's experience of helping organisations meet the ever changing needs of their beneficiaries, across health, climate and young people's charities.
	Seema Smith, Operations Director, Renovo Seema has an extensive background in career coaching and a strong track record in the design and delivery of complex outplacement programmes. She is passionate about helping people define their next steps and take control of their career journey when they are impacted by change.
	Session chair: Marcia Dyce, Inclusion & Career Stage Manager, ICAEW Marcia is a Communities Manager at ICAEW, looking after Diversity and Inclusion, Women in Finance, New Members, Career Breakers and was instrumental in the setup of the Black Members Community. She organises frequent networking events, webinars and workshops for the Communities and facilitates on panel discussions with numerous topics across the business.!
