Event information

Despite continued progress in overall ethnic minority representation across senior levels in corporate Britain (FTSE 100 and 250), there still sits a persistent and widening gap for Black leaders who remain underrepresented at both board and senior management levels.
Prof. Doyin Atewologun, Member of the Parker Review Steering Committee and CEO of Delta Consulting, will draw on the findings from the latest Parker Report, and explore the realities behind the headline figures. Participants will gain insight into the factors contributing to Black underrepresentation on boards, the importance of leadership pipelines, and the practical actions required for meaningful change.

Key benefits

  • Understand the current state of Black representation on UK boards,
  • Recognise the organisational and systemic factors contributing to Black underrepresentation on UK boards
  • Identify practical actions to strengthen their readiness and effectiveness as senior leaders.
