An experienced engagement strategist and programme manager, Roz works to help practitioners succeed by providing them with access to skills, knowledge and tools to service their clients across the business and wider community. Before joining ICAEW, Roz worked for a healthcare charity overseeing central operations for 35 hospitals across the UK.

Kat Hearn, Senior Technical Manager, Practice, ICAEW
Kat she provides technical guidance and support for members working in practice and member firms. She brings a strong foundation in audit and technical education, having worked across professional training, higher education, and senior finance roles. Her career spans Big 4 audit, ICAEW exam teaching, university lecturing, and strategic finance leadership in both SMEs and the education sector.

Jon Cooper, Principal Product Specialist, IRIS
Jon is a Principal Product Specialist at IRIS Software Group, specialising in software for UK accountancy firms. He has over 15 years’ experience in the accountancy industry, including 10 years as a Practice Manager, giving him strong, first-hand insight into the operational and commercial realities firms face.
