WHY TAKE THIS COURSE?
Traditional directive leadership is no longer enough in today’s fast-moving, complex business environment. Finance leaders need to empower their teams, build capability, and foster independence – all while balancing heavy workloads and rapid change.

This course introduces coaching as a practical leadership tool, giving you the mindset and skills to unlock potential in others and drive performance through collaboration and trust.

Through hands-on practice and peer-to-peer coaching, you’ll learn to ask powerful questions, tackle difficult conversations, and apply coaching techniques to real workplace challenges. You’ll leave with the confidence and tools to embed a coaching mindset in your day-to-day leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Understand your own leadership approach and flex it for impact.
• Apply proven coaching models in real workplace situations.
• Tackle difficult conversations, motivation dips, and development gaps with confidence.
• Lead through questions, not commands – empowering your team to thrive.
• Embed a coaching mindset into everyday leadership with a clear action plan.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
