WHY TAKE THIS COURSE?
In an era of cyber-attacks, regulatory scrutiny, reputational shocks, and operational disruption, boards must go beyond awareness - they must be ready to lead. This course equips board members and senior leaders with the insight, language, and confidence to oversee resilience, cyber, and crisis management effectively. You’ll learn to ask the right questions before - not during - a crisis, and ensure your organisation is strategically prepared for the unexpected.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Clarify the board’s role in resilience, cyber and crisis oversight.
• Apply frameworks to assess organisational readiness, even without deep technical expertise.
• Ask effective questions, challenge assumptions, and build preparedness.
• Understand crisis management planning and decision-making under pressure.
• Stay up to date with the latest threats, regulations, and expectations shaping board accountability.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Board members, non-executive directors, audit and risk committee members, CFOs, and senior executives responsible for organisational resilience and risk oversight.

Ideal for leaders who want to strengthen their preparedness, sharpen their judgement, and lead confidently in times of uncertainty.
