Event information

This webinar is part of a series, please view the Transformation series topics and dates tab for more information.

In this webinar, you will be introduced to the five perspectives of successful organisational transformation which should be considered for a successful finance function transformation.

The five key perspectives include:

  • Leadership and metrics.
  • Structure.
  • People.
  • Process.
  • Systems and technology.

These perspectives will allow you to assess where your business is and where the gaps are, in turn providing structure to help you get started. This will also ensure that you are thinking about things with an open mind.

Join this discussion with Neil, Andrew and Jeremy, as they provide insight into their experiences of driving finance functions transformation.

Key benefits

  • Explore the five perspectives of organisational transformation needed to create a solid foundation for any GAP analysis.
  • Ensure you're keeping an open mind, to avoid overlooking critical weaknesses.
  • Gain insights from panellists with real-world experiences.
