Organisations need to transform to respond to the evolving environment driven by political and technological change, and in today’s fast-changing world, organisations must continually adapt to succeed.

However, transformation isn’t just about processes or systems, it’s about the human side of transformation – the people. People deliver transformation programmes, and they will ultimately make the transformation a success or a failure.

Neil and Caroline will be joined by expert panellists who will share their experiences of leading transformation programmes.
